Christmas 2022

Well as 2022 draws to a close, it always leads to a period of reflection so lets start near the beginning. 

What can I say about the last 12 months....actually I have too many words, but I'm going to try and just snapshot it all for you. We started the year with another incredible pop up shop at Studio Essence. These are always so much fun and the feedback we receive is incredible. The chance to try on pole wear with your buddies - such fun - who wouldn't want that? Its so hard to be able to try on pole wear in person, but with our pop ups you can have all your buddies and try on anything with no commitment to buying....sounds like the perfect evening right? 

Our pop up events are deffinetly something we would like to expand in 2023. So if you are within a couple hours of Somerset do get in touch and we might be able to sort something out. :) 

The spring saw the first comp of the year for us and wow, what a comp it was! Pole Theatre certainly did deliver. Meeting so many of you guys at the various comps really was the highlight of the year for us. Having so many of you come and say hi and have photos is so unbelievably exciting, cliche I know but for me it really is. My little business has amazing customers and I couldn't be more proud! 

Through the summer we were SO busy, we had an influx of orders which was incredible. Im not going to lie I did sit and freak thinking how an earth are we going to cope, but we did and because of the growth we were then able to bring on 2 new brands to Aerial Attire. Exciting!

RAD and Queen knee pads joined us. The NYX collection from RAD we knew would be popular but we had no idea just how popular it would be! Some sizes sold out instantly and that for a small business is incredible. 

Black Friday week came and went in a blur....If you spoke to me in that week you will know that I couldn't even tell you what day of the week it was or when I last managed to wash my hair! This year was the last year that I am able to tackle it - next year I need some serious back up! I have warned everyone I know to make sure that I have enough helpers in advance of the big week next year! Ha ha! It was a corker of a week though! 

Looking forward into 2023 we have so many great things planned but we do need your help with something. Competitions....we want to know about them all, what's happening and where are they? Get in touch and let us know. Also, as I said we want to expand our pop ups and one idea with this is to turn it into a pole wear party, so if your studio is up for this then do let us know! 

Most excitingly we are possibly moving into our first office in the beginning of the year. This is something I have been looking at for a quite a long time now but for one reason and another it just hasn't quite come together but fingers crossed things may be happening now. That means we will have a permanent base and hopefully be able to offer appointments for you to come and shop. When I know for sure then of course I will share more details. 

Our amazing affiliates this year have as always been a fantastic support and we recently shared the exciting news of Eben coming on board with us. Thank you so much Em, Vic, Char and Eben for all of your hard work this year. 

With all this reflection the one thing that always amazes me is you, our customers. You really do make Aerial Attire what it is. Thank you for becoming part of the Aerial Attire family. To avoid the risk of going on and on just know that it means the world to me and I can't say thank you enough.
